The only problem I ran into with my Keysmart is that the screw posts are too large for smaller keys. I wanted to keep a copy of the key to the padlock I use on my garden shed handy, and it was too small to fit so I had to use an electric drill to enlarge the keyhole. I don't know if that counts as a problem with the Keysmart, but just keep in mind that this may not hold all key sizes or specialty keys without modification.
I'e seen people complaining that the Keysmart gets loose during use, and I've experienced this as well though less now than when it was new. To "solve" that issue I put some of the included spacers on each side key stacks, between the sides of the Keysmart and the keys. This seemed to prevent the posts from twisting when I pull a key out which has kept it from loosening up much over the last year or two.
Overall I'd recommend this, it is much better than having a ring full of loose keys in your pocket.
